We are seeking an Onsite Recruiterto join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Conduct safety walkthroughs for the company
- Tracking and revising timesheets for the associates
Qualifications:
- Some experience in staffing
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
More about the position: 2 positions available (2nd and 3rd shift)
- 2nd shift- 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
- 3rd shift - 10:30 PM-6:30 AM
- Some OT when needed
- $18-$22/HR
- Monday-Friday
