Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the recruitment process
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (iCIMS) to manage candidate information and track recruitment metrics
- Assist in the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives
Requirements:
-BILINGUAL (ENGLISH AND SPANISH)
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS) and other HR software
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or ADP is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
