POSITION SUMMARY: Through the direction of Coordinator, the On-site Coordinator provides local leadership in accordance with the Haven House mission and in accordance with the mission of collaborative partners. The On-site Coordinator is responsible “to provide a safe, clean place for single men or women, regardless of what their ambitions or hopes are while ensuring our guest’s personal dignity, respect, and safety.” The On-site Coordinator will work collaboratively to link guests to other appropriate services within the Eau Claire Community and Community Partners. The On-site Coordinator will provide supervision to other Haven House employees and volunteers and provide them with support and consultation. The On-site Coordinator will be a link to other agencies, organizations, and the general community.

Responsibilities:
1. Assists the Coordinator with the general operations of the Haven House.
2. Assures the staff and volunteers display personal dignity and respect to all guests.
3. Supervises the Haven House staff and volunteers.
4. Is responsible for scheduling to assure open hours are covered by staff and volunteers.
5. Provides volunteer and staff training.
6. Develops community relationships.
7. Develops and makes presentation on services and activities of Haven House.
8. Becomes a local “face” of the Haven House.
9. Maintains appropriate record keeping, data, and reporting needs.
10. Consults with the community partners to identify practices and approaches to best serve guests’ needs.
11. Collaborates with Catholic Charities Sojourner House staff to work in unison with the needs of the homeless population.
12. Maintains client confidentiality in accordance with reasonable standards.
13. Other duties that may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.83 per hour
