Job Description
As an Online Technical Support Engineer, you will utilize your LCMS product knowledge to provide remote post-sales technology support and technical services to external customers and/or internal field personnel utilizing remote diagnostic capabilities. This includes reactive actions that result in a timely and cost-effective problem resolution for customers and proactive preventive actions. You will also leverage post-sales interactions with customers to probe and qualify further revenue opportunities.

The US pay range for this full-time position is $47.08 - $86.80/hr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Job Requirement:
- Provide Technical Support, troubleshooting customers' applications and instrumentation inquiries via phone and digital tools
- Solves routine and non-routine issues, challenges and problems on LCMS instrumentation
- May support 3rd party products and occasionally visit customer site for development
- Write Technical Support articles for global knowledge base
- May book transactional sales opportunities and provide highly qualified leads to sales
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior support Technical Support Engineer
- Experience developing training materials
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge and handling Analytical Instrumentation
- Bachelor's or master's degree or University degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics)
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience using Agilent's LCMS portfolio products is a plus
- Technical Customer Service skills is a plus
