Tergar International is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that develops and delivers Tergar programs, in partnership with our sister organization Tergar Asia. Tergar International is based in the United States of America in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis / St. Paul, Minnesota, with a staff of nearly 40 employees and core contractors who work in various locations around the world.

Job Description:

Tergar International is seeking an experienced Online Subscription Marketing Manager to drive the promotion of our Online Subscription programs Vajrayana Online and Joy of Living. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, subscription management, and customer acquisition. Knowledge of Buddhism and its philosophy, as well as experience with various meditation practices is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote subscriptions
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
• Analyze data to optimize campaigns and increase retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless student experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in subscription approaches
• Manage relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in marketing automation software, such as HubSpot
• Experience with subscription management software is a plus
• Understanding of the benefits of meditation for physical and mental health, and the ability to communicate these benefits to others
• Knowledge of Buddhism and its philosophy, as well as experience with various meditation practices is a plus

Job Classification:

The Tergar Online Subscription Marketing Manager is a creative exempt, full-time position (40 hours per week). The annual wage will be commensurate with experience and skills.
