SalaryBRZ Granite and Marble is seeking an ambitious Online Sales & Marketing Specialist to enhance our digital footprint and drive our sales online. This hybrid role is designed for a digitally savvy individual who is as comfortable navigating the realms of social media and online marketing as they are participating in in-person strategy meetings at our office. If you're adept at building online communities, crafting sales-driven content, and are ready to deep-dive into the stone and fabrication industry, we've got the perfect challenge for you.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead Online Sales initiatives and social media strategies to boost engagement and drive conversions.
- Regularly produce and post compelling content that reflects our brand's ethos and appeals to our target demographics across selected platforms.
- Actively manage and grow our brand presence on designated apps, fostering a robust and loyal customer base.
- Participate in product and process training to become proficient in our offerings and services.
- Utilize analytics to inform content strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Attend bi-weekly in-person meetings at our office to align on strategies, progress, and goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and Online Sales.
- Creative and strategic thinker with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Eager to learn about granite, marble, and the fabrication industry.
- Able to commute to our office twice a week for team meetings and strategy sessions.
Compensation:
- A monthly base salary of $2,000.
- A competitive commission structure, offering 5% on sales.
- This role provides a balanced mix of steady income with the exciting potential for increased earnings through sales performance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $26,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 100 per week
