Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with clients, focusing on their individual fitness goals and needs
- Develop personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and preferences
- Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety precautions
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their fitness programs as needed
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide basic dietary guidance
- Maintain a clean and organized training area
Requirements:
- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)
- Strong knowledge and experience in various fitness disciplines such as CrossFit, Pilates, cycling, dance, etc.
- In-depth understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients
- Ability to design comprehensive fitness programs tailored to individual needs
- Experience in fitness sales is a plus
- Passion for Health and wellness with a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals
- Sports coaching experience is beneficial but not required
