Job Summary:
We are looking for professionals who are passionate about changing people's lives through fitness and lifestyle. We help our members improve their strength, stamina, and health through personal training, group classes, and mentoring. Our coaches are great with people and recognize the importance of both science and psychology in their work.
The group Fitness Coach will assist our head coach/ supervisor. We have group fitness classes that are represented by sports performance work and adult group classes. This position will represent 7-10 hours of work per week. As directly working with members, it is vital to be personable, coachable, and respectful.
Qualifications:
- High energy and a positive attitude, with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Availability for 7-10 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the fitness industry.
- Personal training or group fitness certification is a plus but not required.
- Experience in weightlifting, speed and agility, or group coaching is beneficial.
