Job Description:
As a Contingent Labor Program Office Analyst, you will be responsible for modernizing SVB’s approach to contingent workforce management. This role will support the design and implementation of processes to mature our approach through all stages of the contingent workforce lifecycle.
You will support partnerships and collaboration across our internal and external stakeholders. You will have the unique opportunity to provide input into the build of SVB’s Contingent Labor program. You will support the processes we develop to meet SVB’s requirements to increase the management and oversight of our contingent workforce. We will look to you to test the controls we have in place to ensure our program is well-managed and to identify opportunities to improve our risk posture.
Responsibilities.
- Process Management
- Serve as the first level escalation point for contingent worker support and issue resolution.
- Perform Consultant Categorization Review and validation as part of the Consultant Onboarding process.
- Compliance Design and conduct contract compliance testing to confirm SVB’s terms and conditions are met as expected.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc audits on controls between SVB and its contingent labour vendors.
- Identify, report on, and remediate non-compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
