We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to:
actively contribute to and enhance the onboarding workflow and participate in the client lifecycle management operating model
support the coordination, submission, and fulfillment of requirements related to the escalation and remediation of risk issues or red flags
collaborate with a can-do attitude and quickly adapt within a changing environment
ensure legal, compliance and regulatory requirements are observed including KYC (Know-Your-Client) and AML (Anti-Money laundering)
regularly evaluate and improve existing processes, develop new processes (including training) and support the review of effectiveness of same
build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
support Business Risk Manager in identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks, and preparing necessary reporting
