THE OPPORTUNITY
We are actively seeking a results-driven Onboarding Specialist to join our team! As an integral part of our organization, you will play a vital role in onboarding new Leap customers and ensuring their seamless transition to our platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Join us as we lead the charge in revolutionizing digital operations within the home services industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES -
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding process, providing expert guidance and support.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute customized onboarding project plans for each new customer.
Utilize project management best practices to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful project completion.
Deliver interactive, hands-on training sessions to customers, empowering them to effectively utilize our platform.
Proactively identify and address any issues, concerns, or project risks that may arise during the onboarding process.
REQUIRED SKILLS -
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.1-2 years of experience in software implementation and project management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in using, supporting, or troubleshooting web-based applications.
Previous experience in a client-facing role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong technical aptitude, analytical mindset, and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, iOS Products, and Salesforce experience is required.
