Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees. This includes managing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Duties:
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees
- Manage all necessary paperwork, including employment contracts and benefit enrollment forms
- Conduct employee orientations to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture
- Source and recruit top talent
- Conduct interviews and assist with candidate selection process
- Manage social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees throughout the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems such as Workday, UltiPro, or Paychex
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in onboarding or HR administration preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with contract management and employee orientation processes
