Onboarding Assistant

Job Description

Atomic Transport is seeking a candidate to fulfill our needs in an Onboarding Assistant position in our Chattanooga office. The primary function of this position will be supporting our Onboarding Department by assisting with daily operations and tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setup Drug Screens, Paperwork Collection, and other pre-hire tasks
• Create new drivers in our Systems, communicate additions and needs with other departments
• Maintain and verify all driver files are DOT compliant
• Collecting driver documents, and other various reports and communications.
• Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• 8AM – 5PM

• Qualifications:
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks in a fast pace, changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, ability to know how to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Passion for continuous improvement
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Typing skills

• Listening skills
• Time Management Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
