About the Role:
Under general supervision, the Onboarding Analyst is responsible for leading the implementation projects and delivery of GovInvest products for clients in the public government sector.
Objectives:
Work as a key member of our product team
Prepare, implement, and maintain a leading-edge online platform, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks
Identify trends and opportunities for growth through project management and analysis of complex datasets
Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings
Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and contribute to protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
Responsibilities:
Review labor agreements and HR documentation for salary and benefits information
Collect information from source documents and process required data points in excel
Maintain online dashboard and database for implementation purposes and client-use directly
Develop strong working relationships with key people in the client organizations
Provide ongoing support in data interpretation, processing and updates
Perform compensation benchmarking
Achieve billable hour and deliverable goals, and works to help other team members with such
Follow internal procedures to provide excellence in client service, protocols, and practices
Perform other duties as necessary
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in economics, statistics, computer science, mathematics, business or related field
0 to 2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills
Ability to work rapidly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
