Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist (MSP for Dental Offices)
Location: In-office with occasional onsite client visits.
Overview:
Join our MSP team specializing in IT solutions for dental offices. We're on the hunt for a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist adept at troubleshooting, managing escalated tickets, and making onsite visits to ensure our clients' systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Advanced support for software, hardware, and network issues in dental offices.
- Onsite equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Efficiently manage escalated support tickets.
- Work with teams to enhance service quality.
- Train clients/staff on technologies and practices.
- Keep up with dental IT industry trends.
Requirements:
- Technical support experience, Tier 2 preferred.
- Knowledge of dental industry tech (a plus).
- Strong in problem-solving, communication, and time management.
- Independent worker and team player.
- Local travel for client visits (valid driver's license required).
- Helpful: Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra (Azure AD).
- Technical certifications welcomed.
