Your Purpose as an IT Support Specialist:

• Work with IT Helpdesk System to assign, troubleshoot and resolve various IT issues and ensure that requests were completed to the user’s satisfaction.
• Provide primary on-site and remote support to the 5 locations throughout the Kansas City, KS metropolitan area.
• Provide backup remote helpdesk support in other markets as necessary.
• Escalate appropriate technical issues in a timely manner.
• Setup and maintain windows-based PCs, printers, phone systems, network equipment and other dealership specific equipment.
• Assist new hires with general onboarding (logins, email and phone setup).
• Assist the IT Department with various programs and processes which may include mass deployments and other projects.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience required, IT certifications and/or IT classes preferred
• Basic skills for identifying and troubleshooting network issues preferred
• Microsoft 365 and Active Directory experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle as having the ability to drive between store locations is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service
• Self-motivated, self-directed and capable of working well with minimal supervision
