On-Site Call Center Tech
$17.85 to $21.63 based on experience.
This Call Center Tech serves as a liaison to clients, staff, families, and community members by providing one point of contact for all questions. This employee would partner with staff and clients to carry out medical risk plans and behavior support plans, provide proactive crisis intervention, handle staffing and scheduling changes. This position works on site and is responsible for reviewing and scanning client records. Must be 18 years old. High school diploma or general equivalency preferred. Previous experience working in a Call Center or as a Direct Support Professional preferred.
Hours: Every other Saturday and Sunday 6 am-2 pm.
