The On-Call Triage Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care to individuals and their families in the home, as needed.
- Provide telephone support for after hour triage as needed.
- Start-of-Cares/Re-Visits. The role conducts the initial home care assessment and/or re-visit with skilled nursing care and teaching to individuals and their families in their homes during the hours that you are On Call. The Start-of-Care/Re-Visit Nurse/Triage Nurse works with other Nightingale team members and the patient’s care providers; without providing Case Management for the patient.
- This is one week on/one week off On Call rotation. Monday to Monday. Then off Monday to Monday. Then on Monday to Monday.
- You will cover Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,Friday overnights. Then all day Saturday and all day Sunday.
Pay: $700/Week that you are On Call plus you are paid for patient visits that are performed

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Acute Care Nursing Experience
- Registered nurse license in good standing
- Current CPR, TB, Fingerprint Card
- Current AZ driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently
- Must be available every other week and weekend
