Concordia Hospice of Washington is looking for an On Call Hospice Nurse to serve our patients! We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work15 On Call days a month. Looking for extra money? Drive your salary, and pick up anytime!

The Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the individualized plan of care developed by the patient and/or family, physician and hospice team. Care for the patient is given where the patient resides (i.e., patient’s home, facility, hospital).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of two [2] years experience in patient care preferred
- Demonstrates excellent clinical skills
- Current CPR certification
- Solid computer skills, including Word
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Reliable independent means of transportation with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and at least the minimum state required vehicle insurance
