Overnight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Hospice Setting

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying Hospice On-Call RN position in Home Health Care. We are looking for an on-call RN to cover Fridays from 5pm-6am, Saturdays from 5pm -6am and Sundays from 5pm - 8:30am (a total of 3 shifts a week). The nurse will be taking the overnight calls from home. The RN will also be required to do some admission visits in the evening. The Registered Nurse is not required to have Home Health or Hospice experience; however, the nurse must have at least 2 years of experience with adult or geriatric medical/surgical patients in the hospital or SNF setting if no home health or hospice experience. These hospice visits are done in the home setting. This Hospice On-Call position is with a home health and hospice company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. Requirements of the Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse position:  The Registered Nurse does NOT need home health or hospice experience but must have at least 2 years of experience working with adult and geriatric medical / surgical patients in any of the following settings:  rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse. The RN must be a Registered Nurse.  The RN must have a current state RN license.  The RN must either be a US Citizen or hold a green card.
