The Omni-Channel Marketing Manager has a deep understanding of the conversion and purchase phase of the customer journey. This position is responsible for delivering on core business objectives and bringing our brand strategy to life through key path-to-purchase activations and omnichannel recommendations to solve high impact business problems.
This associate will be responsible for creating best-in-class, shopper-centric activations grounded in consumer, shopper and retail insights and presenting them to buyers, shopper Marketing Managers and internal account executives. To be successful in this role you will need to collaborate cross functionally with brand, sales, Media, demand planning, trade, Customer teams, Finance, Ecommerce and the Omni agencies.

- Embody the shopper mindset keeping it at the center of all actions to ensure we are spending dollars effectively
- Partner with brand and customer teams to develop comprehensive Omni Marketing integrated plans that drive traffic, increase household penetration, basket size and conversion to ultimately drive brand equity and category growth.
- Develop and lead strategic and creative execution of Omnichannel programs for our key brands from inception to implementation.
- Create omni briefs for working with internal and external partners and agencies to drive marketing activity on the path to purchase.
- Define key Omni KPIS. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics and effectively communicate key findings of programs to sales and other cross-functional teams. This includes proactively addressing gaps and turning analysis into action to help grow the business.
- Manage and develop integrated program timelines, monitoring agency and internal deliverables.
Experience Required
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or Economics, MBA a strong plus.
- 5-7 years of marketing experience.
- Experience in CPG and/or Retailer
