The Facilities Chemical Systems Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., is responsible for working in a team environment with other engineering disciplines to provide detailed designs and construction specifications for the maintenance of site Facilities systems in support of semiconductor manufacturing. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Desire and ability to physically work on chemical distribution systems.
Advanced PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MICAP, Ariba, and Micron's Work Order Program
Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and self-improve
Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, propose, and implement effective plans to improve overall efficiency
Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root causes
Strong partnering, negotiation, and team-working skills with team members from different disciplines
Proven ability to communicate and present technical information effectively to all audiences
Strong understanding of data extraction, data analysis and reporting methodologies
Demonstrated knowledge of chemical theory, instrumentation control theory, high purity principles, etc.)
Education and Experience:
Required: Minimum - Relevant degree or appropriate certification/licensing; Engineering, Semiconductor, Chemistry, or related field of study
Preferred: Master's Degree; Engineering-Chemical, related field of study
Preferred: Three or more years of experience
