What manager is looking for:
We need an OIM Operations Engineer that can troubleshoot system level issues, slow performance, create and install certificates, analyze application system logs, manually deploy code, etc.
Focus on OIM ops support first and the other skills should fall into place.
3+ years of Oracle Identity Management support
5+ years of web systems environments experience
Level 3 is System support (my team)

This position is a senior level technical role that will assist with maintenance and support of the production and test infrastructure and system for the IAM system, built on the Oracle OIM software, a java-based WebLogic solution.
The candidate should have experience working in corporate environments directly with
large complex java WebLogic application configuration and support, web hosting with multiple server tier levels, and application and server level clustering and load balancing.

3+ years of Oracle Identity Management support
5+ years of web systems environments experience
7+ years of experience with the installation, configuration, implementation, or administration of middleware application server installations on Red Hat Linux or
Unix environments
5 + years of WebLogic or WebSphere experience
5+ years of application production support experience
5+ years of Red Hat Linux or UNIX experience
5+ years of Apache experience
3+ years of experience working in an application development or infrastructure support technical team.
3+ years of experience deploying applications and patches using SCCM in an enterprise environment.
3+ years of Microsoft Windows server or Desktop Operating System support experience
3 + years of Networking experience
2+ years of LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) experience
2+ years of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Internet security protocol experience
2+ years of MS Active Directory experience
2+ years of NAS experience
2+ years of relational database experience.
