Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher-Financial Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will receive work orders from signatory Union contractors and proceed to fill these job requisitions in a timely manner. Take payments and process Union dues and post to individual accounts, process billing to various contractors on a monthly basis. Issue past due notices. High phone volume. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities

Answering and returning all phone calls. Maintain work history records. Take credit card, cash or check payments and post them to member accounts in a accurate and timely manner. Close out cash box and run cash journal reports at the end of each day. Prepare deposits once a week. Scan work history records. Professional etiquette.

Qualifications
- Knowledge in billing and bookkeeping is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position
- Excellent typing and computer skills, data entry
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Bilingual Spanish Speaker Preferred
