This is a Non-Exempt position responsible for peer support/family advocate and other referrals systems by designing and outreaching community resources to promote healthy and safe families.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education: Have earned a minimum education level of GED. CDCA is preferred
B. Experience:
Have had life experience with addiction either as a parent or child or
have valuable ability to demonstrate the implication of addition on the family system
and to the safety of children.
Demonstrates the ability to work with opiod crisis families
C. Other Requirements:
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the initiative to work with families and agencies to assist families in developing healthy life skills for the entire family enabling all to become self sufficient.
Must pass FBI/BCI background check as described in policy and procedure manual, must pass random drug screens.
Must have valid driver's license. Must have clean driving record.
