Essential Functions
The UNO National Military Testing Center located at Offutt Air Force Base delivers CLEP, DSST and Pearson VUE exams for military servicemembers. Our testing center offers 4-6 exam sessions per week, based on demand. Test sessions are currently scheduled three days per week, during the 8-5 business hours; thus is ideal for candidates seeking part-time weekday employment. The proctor will maintain a secure testing environment, uphold all exam sponsor guidelines, handle cash for administrative fees, and provide exceptional customer service. Reliability and consistency are key requirements for this position. The test center proctor must be able to secure CLEP, DSST, and Pearson VUE Test Proctor certifications. Prepare exams and room for testing; check-in and check-out testing candidates; verify valid government issued I.D.’s and other legal documents;
review exam guidelines with test takers and ensure they are using allowable materials when testing; monitor test takers and ensure a safe and secure testing environment; follow rules and guidelines of all testing organizations and exam sponsors.
Work Schedule
T/TH 0830 to 1600; FRI 0830-1630; 20 hrs a week
Additional Duties
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21-years old (testing regulation requirement)
Valid driver’s license
Valid driver’s license
Be able to pass a background check to qualify for OAFB access.
Cannot be currently licensed/certified in any trade (PMP, CompTIA, etc.)
Basic computer skills
Must be reliable and able to work as part of a team
