Responsibilities:
- Stores all product in designated location
-Inspects products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping
-Participates in all inbound and outbound quality assurance processes
-Maintains stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean
-Ensures that the tidiness of working areas, bathrooms, warehouse floor, truck docks and aisles through mopping, sweeping, and washing
-Removes trash daily by emptying trash containers; transports materials to disposal area; recycled materials
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment
-Processing and packing online orders
- Organizing warehouse
-Inventory management- Receive and process online orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Loads and unloads product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments (with assistance)
- Maintain organized files and records
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
