Office/Warehouse

Sign Pros, Inc., located in Redmond, has been a leader in NW real estate and custom signs since 1978. We strive for fantastic customer service and produce top quality products. We are looking for a qualified person to join our team.

This full-time position is responsible for supporting our sign installation department. It includes both office and warehouse work. Typing / data entry skills are a plus along with being comfortable working with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining sign inventory

- pulling and replacing signs as needed

- performing inventory checks

- Assembling signs for driver runs

- Submitting online 811 utility locate requests

- Communicating directly with customers via phone, email, in person

- Processing/collecting payments

- Backup reception duties / order entry

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Commitment to exceptional customer service

- Written and verbal communication skills

- Basic computer / data input proficiency

- Typing skills a plus

- Well organized and detail oriented

- Flexible and willing to learn

Full Time Position Monday - Friday 9:30am-6pm

Pay: $20.00 Per hour
