Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support and assistance to clients and callers
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing emails, sales support, and warehouse order fulfillment support.
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the office
- Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records
- Proofread documents for errors and make necessary corrections
- Assist with back office duties as needed
Skills:
- Experience in a office, receptionist, and support role is preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and strong attendance required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
