SUMMARY - Office/Warehouse Clerk
RESPONSIBILITIES
- General clerical duties including answering phones & filing
- Processing documents, labels, commercial invoices, BOL
- Verifying documentation
- Providing notifications for shipments both internally and to external customers
- Working closely with warehouse leads to ensure schedule to keep shipments on time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Entry-level position, will train on the job
- English speaking is a must, Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must be dependable and trustworthy
- Good computer skills and a basic knowledge of Outlook, Word & Excel are a must
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
- Good communication skills are a must (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and Visual are a plus but not necessary
