Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I the Office Technician (OT) will provide advanced journey-level clerical support for the Wildlife Conservation Board. Typical tasks include: updating revisions to Board templates and/or policies and procedures; independently conducts research; typing correspondence, letters, memorandums, and forms using Microsoft Word or Excel; proofread documents and make required corrections in spelling, grammar, and punctuation. The incumbent will work cooperatively with others, establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships, and contribute to a positive work environment. This position requires strong organizational and self-management skills, ability to work well under pressure, and flexibility to handle various assignments.
