Office Team Supervisor
What should you bring to the Majestic team?
Our new team member must be energetic, organized, detail oriented and possess problem solving skills to tackle unique challenges! We are a 24/7, 365 days a year company, sometimes requiring flexible work hours. We are looking for a candidate that can provide 5 star customer service…both internally and externally. Our new team member will have at least 3 years supervisory (5+ preferred) and/or HR experience.

What will you be doing?
Chauffeur Scheduling
- Maintain chauffeur calendars
- Notify chauffeurs of upcoming busy dates
- Oversee daily scheduling of chauffeurs and vehicles
- Approve time off requests
- Ensure we observe DOT hours of service when scheduling
Office Team Supervision
- Maintain office calendar, approving time off while ensuring office coverage
- Assist in hiring new Office Team members
- Facilitate Office Team training & coaching as needed
- Facilitate weekly office meeting
- Approve office payroll
Daily Functions
- Answer phones/emails as needed
- Provide over the road quotes
- Ensure chauffeurs are prepared for out of town/overnight trips
- Oversee large groups/special events
- Provide on-site event coordination as needed
- Work with clients to address any special requests
- Ensure office follows all company procedures
- Assist with billing as needed
- Oversee & maintain affiliate relationships
Other
- Special projects as needed
- Provide input on company changes as needed
- Oversee trade show involvement

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
- Google Suite: 3 years (Required)
