Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with daily office needs including filing, answering phones in a CSR role, greeting customers, etc.
- Assisting with telemarketing and setting appointments Data entry utilizing proprietary software, Excel and Word
- Previous customer service experience of at least 1 year
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and courteous telephone manner
- Comfortable speaking on the phone, texting or emailing
- Is detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient w/Microsoft outlook, excel and word
- Strong interpersonal skills such as, communication, problem solving, and organizational.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Able to prioritize work and adhere to deadlines
- Work independently or as a team member
- Able to identify and handle the urgency of each task, and work in a fast-paced position.
- Patience and endurance to sit/stand behind a desk all day.
Additional training will be provided.
