The Position:
Our DC Office Supervisors play a critical role in our company's success by coordinating administrative support to the distribution center's management team and serving as a liaison to DC operations. This individual will oversee a support staff, process purchase orders, maintain office equipment and supplies, distribute company information to team members, and coordinate various programs throughout the DC.
What you will do in this position:
· Support Distribution Center Management with administrative functions
· Supervise, schedule, train, and assist clerical team members in all aspects of daily operation
· Serve as a liaison to DC operations. Distribute company policies, procedures, and other information. Responsible for assuring distribution and information flows properly from corporate to the DC supervisors and team members
· Responsible for sending payroll at the end of each pay period for DC team members
Required Qualifications:
· Training in administrative and management functions
· Proficient in PC programs, ten-key, data entry, and mid-range computer systems
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform them accurately
Qualifications we would like to see:
· College degree or vocational training in administrative and management functions.
