The Department of Environmental Quality is looking to fill an Office Specialist position in the Division of Water Quality.
Principal Duties
- Prepare and process documents
- Provide customer service on the phone or when clients come in
- Maintain files and record keeping systems
- Provide administrative support
The Ideal candidate will have the following:
- Considerable knowledge of office methods and procedures
- Has general knowledge of office equipment
- Provides exceptional customer service, including assessing customer needs and meeting quality standards for services.
- Organized and has the ability to multitask
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with team members, employees, representatives of other agencies, and the public
Preference may be given to candidate with a High school diploma or GED
