Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing adult student information
- Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with office management tasks, such as inventory management and office supply ordering
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives, providing administrative support as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in digital project coordination or office management preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Familiarity with office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transcription
