Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, PC has an immediate opening for an Office Services Coordinator in its Nashville office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivery and pick up of documents / boxes using personal vehicle;
- Prepare and clean-up conference rooms;
- Hospitality Duties include; Set up and tear down for meetings; ordering meals from caterers
- Reception Backup;
- Event Calendar Maintenance
- Ordering pantry supplies
- Beverage Machine Maintenance
- Recycling/Shredding services;
- Data entry / keyboard skills using standard computer office software;
- Assist with the planning of all office events/meetings;
- Assist Office Administrator with administrative functions as needed
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds;
- Ability to move meeting tables and chairs to meet specifications of an event.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment, including computer and copiers;
- Team player who takes initiative is a MUST.
- Valid TN Driver's License, clean driving record, ability to drive your own car and provide proof of insurance as required by our firm's policy;
- Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate and follow instruction of attorneys and staff and provide information with ordinary courtesy and tact;
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints;
- Exceptional client service skills;
- Working effectively within a group or independently;
