The Office Services Associate will be responsible for providing Corporate mailroom, hospitality, copy center and other administrative support services on-site daily in a professional environment. Ideal candidates will have an understanding of mail services, possess an excellent customer service mindset, are willing to train, and are ready to grow in their professional Office Services career!

Hourly Compensation: $15.00-15.00 USD
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM (1 HR lunch break included)
- Mailroom services, to include: processing/scanning/sorting/delivery of mail and packages throughout site to appropriate client personnel, shipping and receiving, vendor relations (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.), ordering supplies
- Copy services, to include: utilizing duplication equipment to produce copies of documents, copy projects as assigned, digitizing documents, filing away documents and papers as necessary
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Take direction from supervisor or site manager
- Participate in cross-training
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Authorization to work for any employer in the US, high school diploma or GED, willingness to participate in pre-employment drug screening required
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- A valid drivers license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
