Job Description Summary
This position embodies an exceptional customer service experience to the client/end user in a corporate environment for a global multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation. Engage at the appropriate level to support contracted service lines to include mail, sorting, batching, printing, scanning, mail research, and mail processing support. Ability to exercise proper judgment and establish trust and credibility in the delivery of services.

Job Responsibilities
Provides pick-up and delivery of mail, including interoffice, US mail certified, insured, registered, and express overnight mail and ensures the privacy of all sensitive and confidential documents and information processed. Provides timely and accurate processing of all mail for the business unit assigned to. Responsible for opening and reading mail and redirecting mail to the right location, department and/or individual. Work with a third-party vendor to convert physical records into digital format. Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent relationships with clients/end users and able to readily adapt to changes in processes and procedures. Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ensures work area is clean and organized and all mail and documents are properly and accurately stored and secured at the end of each day. Compliance with safe work practices, including company safety rules and practices. Timely completion of assigned safety training on-line courses.
Knowledge and Experience Requirements
Must be computer literate and have basic working knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Good interpersonal skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Exceptional organizational skills Admirable punctuality/attendance record
