Requirements:

Positive attitude - Coachable - Enthusiastic - Strong work Ethic - Productive - Insurance Licensed PREFERRED (if not, ability get licensed asap) - Insurance Agency experience helpful

Responsibilities:

- Proactively handle insurance customers’ inquiries in an empathetic matter, resolve insurance issues promptly and professional, and ensure insurance customer satisfaction to surpass expected standards

- Maintain accurate and updated insurance customers' accounts, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail

- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all State Farm Insurance and Financial Services products

- Identify and address the needs of potential and existing insurance customers, providing additional suitable insurance product recommendations and referrals

- Proactively engage in network activities to successfully attract new insurance customers and expanding the insurance customer base

- Collaborate with agency community marketing event activities as needed

- Effectively showcase insurance product features, employing persuasive selling techniques to maximize sales

- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in insurance account opening, insurance maintenance, and closure processes, enterprise requirement
