Role Description
Jack Nadelhoffer State Farm is currently seeking a highly organized and detailed orientated Team Member to join our office. This full-time onsite role, located in Clackamas, OR, offers the possibility for some remote work. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our insurance agency in acquiring and retaining customers. Responsibilities
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Experience in administrative assistance and office administration tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and a high attention to detail
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and/or Life/Health License
- Base salary plus commission/bonus

Base Salary starting: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year with the ability to earn uncapped commission.
