Responsibilities;
- Assist members with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Resolve member issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring complete member satisfaction.
- Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Educate members about our products and services, promoting cross-selling opportunities.
- Open new accounts and update member information as necessary.
- Research and resolve member complaints and concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements;
