Member Service Representative - Remote/Office

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. As a Member Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service for our members. You will be responsible for assisting members with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities;

• Assist members with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Resolve member issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring complete member satisfaction.
• Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Educate members about our products and services, promoting cross-selling opportunities.
• Open new accounts and update member information as necessary.
• Research and resolve member complaints and concerns.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements;

• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.
