We are hiring a Office Representative to service our clients. Our business is based on the relationships we build within our Team, our clients, potential clients and our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims and billing clarification.
• Educate customers about insurance options.
• Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency Team Members
• Customer service experience
• Ability to obtain your Property and Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of employment
