ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following: Maintains communication through telephone switchboard. Receives persons entering the agency and assists them in completing their purpose. Maintains adequate stocks of office supplies and replenishes routine consumables to prevent shortages. Takes immediate steps to procure required items when stocks have been depleted in order to permit the smooth functioning of Agency operations. Verify medical supplies ordered and take steps to correct when necessary. Assists with the performance of courier service, both internally and externally, including outgoing mail. Assembles Admission packets for Nursing Department.
