SalaryWe are excited to announce we are hiring a part-time Office Manager at Mindful Healing!
We are a small private practice looking to hire a fully remote part-time Office Manager. Must be well versed in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace. Familiarity with our billing systems (ie: Office Ally, BCBS Connect Center, Carelon Provider e portals, etc.) would be preferred. Candidates should be personable, and have the ability to interact with clients struggling through difficult matters in a sensitive manner. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with all members of the team and both prospective and current clients. Behavioral health and/or medical billing experience required. Patient experience is a must!
Responsibilities include- but are not limited to:
-Reconcile billing claims
-Manage new referrals / waitlist
-Outreach patients as needed
-Manage client communications as concerns arise
-Provide invoices and bills as needed
-Manage overall important office related matters
-Behavioral health and/or medical billing experience required
-Processing billing and claims for our clinicians
Hours are flexible and will be up to 4-8 hours per week.
Experience:
- Proven experience in medical office management or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workplace
