Job Summary & Essential Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties
- Perform all aspects of bookkeeping and update the accounting system
- Print timesheets, making sure they have been signed and summited
- Manage Payroll
- Be a liaison between employees and human resources
- Work with Project Manager in sending out bid requests, meeting notices, delay notices, following up on bids and keeping track of submittals
- Answering incoming calls
- Processing incoming mail, emails and faxes
- Data entry
- Filing and other basic clerical duties.
- Project coordinator
- Process permit applications
- Maintain client folders
- Ensure Insurance Documentation Upkept- will request insurance certificates for projects and maintain up to date liability insurance certificates from Subs
- Keeping up vehicle titles, and making sure new units are logged
- Order office supplies when needed
- Work with compliance auditors
Qualifications
- At least 3 year of experience in an construction office environment.
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Experience working in Google drive, and google drive programs
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Quickbooks
- Detail oriented
- Computer literate
- Able to multi-task
- Able to juggle workload to meet deadlines
- Must have a dependable vehicle and be able to work some overtime and weekends.
- Possess High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Must possess and maintain a clean driver's abstract and a valid license.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol requirements
