- Post daily EFTs from lenders and manufacturer
- Ensure all deposits and COD’s (cash on delivery) are in-house and posted properly
- Process and post daily bank deposits
- Accounts Payable, approve bills for posting
- Assist with monthly floor plan audits
- Reconcile monthly physical inventory count of vehicles, factory receivables & post weekly warranty EFT
- Oversee various schedules within Office departments
- Prepare financial statements
Qualifications
- Experience in managing accounting staff
- Available to work flexible hours
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Collaborative personality and professional personal appearance
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in automotive industry a plus
- Reynolds and Reynolds automotive software experience a plus
