```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medical Office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise office staff, including medical administrative support and nursing personnel
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient information, treatment plans, and billing records
- Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care
- Manage the office budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue, and implementing cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and customer satisfaction
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
```Skills```
-Knowledge of insurance, medical billing and prior authorizations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using computer systems for medical record management and office administration
- Experience in budgeting and fiscal management
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Previous experience managing a Medical Office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
