The Office Manager will strive to provide the best customer service, manage multiple priorities and the ability to work in a diverse environment. The Office Manager must be organized, highly motivated, and a self-starter with strong attention to detail and proven skills in executing duties in a professional, positive and friendly manner. In addition to management of the day-to-day operations of the administrative office, the Office Manager/Front Desk Receptionist will serve as a gatekeeper for the organization’s administrative office.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming calls and route to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the processing of visitors and staff members utilizing tracking processes and visitor logs.
- Meet, greet, and announce visitors and staff members to the appropriate party upon arrival at the office.
- Interface professionally with the public and staff members in person, in writing and by telephone.
- Process and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with general administrative, special projects, and events from other departments as directed and/or approved by the Executive Administrator.
- Distribute requests and submit monthly office supply orders.
- Maintain Board Room, Training Room, and other meeting room calendars, coordinate meeting logistics to ensure set up and accommodations are provided in advance of meetings or training sessions.
- Oversee, maintain inventory, and organize supplies in kitchens, supply closet and maintenance closet.
- In partnership with Facilities Manager, manages general property to ensure offices and workspaces are maintained and efficiently utilized to support staff needs. Liaises with Facilities Manager to address unsafe physical, structural or electrical concerns.
- Ensures overall office common areas and front office lobby are orderly, clean and welcoming to staff members and visitors.
- Other duties as assigned by Executive Administrator or C-Suite Executives, on occasion.
- Create and distribute quarterly newsletters to all administrative staff.
- In partnership with Facilities Manager, work with various vendors/contractors to address the needs of the office.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Office experience of at least 5+ years
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in technology and aptitude to learn and use multiple electronic platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective oral and written communication skills with colleagues, management, and the public.
- Skilled in current computer related software applications, standard office equipment and audio-visual equipment
- Experience working in a professional office environment and carrying out diverse administrative duties.

Required Conditions of Employment
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
- Must meet eligibility for employment in the United States.

Salary Range
$55,000 - $60,000
