Real Estate Office Manager
What role are we filling?
We are seeking an Office Manager to manage the day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping tasks at St. Louis Real Estate Society. These tasks are related to keeping our property management, maintenance/ construction billing, and Real Estate sales services running smoothly. Focused on keeping company books, as well as customer and vendor files organized and balanced. A successful candidate will possess excellent numerical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This position offers a rewarding career to anyone who enjoys efficiency, making sure the numbers add up, systems are followed, and keeping things running smoothly. Hours are part-time, in our office, with flexibiity on schedule.

- Natural ability with numbers, including being able to handle all basic bookkeeping tasks such as reconciling accounts, paying bills, an handling credits and debits on ledgers.
- Possesses a high proficiency level using computers, smartphones, and cloud-based (digital) programs.
- Excellent task management and time management skills.
- Easily able to follow directions and work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Highly organized, both digitally and with paperwork. Additionally, has the ability to hold others accountable for keeping to protocols and policies for the organization.
- Is a natural problem-solver and often can anticipate potential issues and take actions to avoid them before they happen.
- Consistently seeks to improve efficiency and will implement changes in protocols in order to maximize resources.
- Professional verbal & written communication skills (English).
- Responsible and dependable.
- Trustworthy, and discreet. Able to maintain strict confidentiality in working with sensitive information.

Our Company
St. Louis Real Estate Society is a well-established, Real Estate company that deals with three different aspects within the industry: Purchases & Sales, Property Management, and Rehab & Development. Started in 2011 by Matt & Riahna Kastner, the company continues to grow at a rapid pace and we are actively seeking like-minded individuals who love St. Louis Real Estate.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 28 per week
